Carl Franklin Moseley, 86, of Lancaster passed away October 6, 2023 in Rock Hill. He was the son of the late Lee F. and Susie Stevenson Moseley. He is survived by one daughter, Neala Howland of Ft. Lawn; one sister, Mary Talbert of Chester; three brothers, Ralph Moseley (Teresa) of Lancaster, Jimmy Moseley (Sue) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Junior Moseley of Bethune, SC; one grandchild; five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Willie Gene Moseley; three sisters, Margaret Talbert, Lorine Stogner and Thelma Hagler.

Mr. Moseley was retired from the U.S. Navy. The graveside will be 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2023 in Lancaster Memorial Park, 1389 Memorial Park Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
