Mildred Wilburn Obituary

Mildred Diane Wilburn, 71, closed her earthly eyes and went home to be with her Lord on October 26, 2023.

She was the wife of “Bobby” Lamar Wilburn of the home, for 43 years, and the mother of two children, Lisa Dye (RJ) of Blackstock and James Allen Knight of the Home; one granddaughter, Hannah Grace Dye of Blackstock. She is also survived by two brothers, Furman Woods of Chester and Charles Woods of Blackstock; one sister, Virginia Pack of Blackstock; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one grandson, RJ Dye IV and her parents, Chivers F. Woods and Pearl Dawkins Woods; and six siblings.

She was of the Church of God faith, a private burial was held in Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery in Blackstock, Reverend Chase Catledge officiated.
