Robert C. Wade, Sr., 66, passed away Saturday, December 6th. He was the son of the late Ronald Douglas Wade and Annie Florie Wade. Mr. Wade is survived by two sons, German Gil (Sonia) of Inman, SC, Robert Wade ,Jr. (Kristie) of Chester; four daughters, Jennifer Howell (Judah) of Edgemoor, SC, Sharon Sowell (Martice) of Jefferson, SC, Carmen Wade of Santa Monica, California, Enny Wade of Panama; one sister, Kathy Bagley of Edgemoor, SC, thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Douglas Wade, Jr. and one sister, Nancy Carol Hinson.  

  Mr. Wade was a Christian and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved fishing and riding 4-wheelers and he served on the board of directors for the Lando Manetta History Center.  

  The graveside funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 12, 2025, at Lando Cemetery and conducted by Reverend David Christopher.
