Wallace Terry Sullivan, Sr., 76, passed away Friday, September 29, 2023. He was the husband of Carolyn Mullinax Sullivan, of the home and the son of the late Clyde Hershel Sullivan and Inez Proctor Sullivan. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Sullivan Everall and Tracey Renee Sullivan; one brother, Michael Sullivan, all of Chester; seven grandchildren, Mikayla Sullivan (Anthony Griffith), Chase Everall, Zane Everall, Lane Sullivan, Jacey Evans, Maddison Evans, Cameron Gardner; five great-grandchildren, Amelah Griffith, Layken Griffith, Colton Griffith, Maverick Gardner, Emma Gardner. He was preceded in death by one son, Wallace (Wally) Terry Sullivan, Jr.; three brothers, Hershel, Wayne and Dexter Sullivan; one sister, Linda Sullivan Lucas.

Mr. Sullivan was of the Baptist faith and a long time youth baseball coach in Chester. He loved vegetable gardening and horses and was honored to serve his country in the U. S. Army. He retired from Springs Industries and later worked at MUSC-Chester as a security officer.

Visitation will be at Pollard Funeral Home, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., Sunday, October 1st. The funeral conducted by Reverend Keith Hinson will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2nd. in the funeral home chapel. The burial will be in Chester Memorial Gardens.

The family is gathering at the home of Kimberly S. Everall, 850 Redwood Lane (Peden Oaks) in Chester.
