Wesley Dean Charles, 50, husband of Joanie Bennett Charles passed away unexpectedly on Monday. He was the son of the late Donnie Charles and Patricia Howington Charles Tillie. He is also survived by one son, Justin Allian Charles; two daughters, Hailey & Gina Charles; two sisters Tina Nicholson (Donald) and Mary Darlene Bennett. He was preceded in death by one brother, Jamie Howington.
